If Maqta isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order with the email you paid with, or reply to the receipt email from Paddle.
• You can also contact us at newclient.dm@gmail.com and we will help.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

What happens to your credits

• When a payment is refunded, the credits that came with that payment are removed from your account.
• If the payment was a monthly subscription, the refund also cancels the subscription and you will not be charged again.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time from the "Balance" page in the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the month you already paid for.
